Refund Policy

The short version: we offer a 7-day refund on unused credits. If you bought a credit pack in the last 7 days and haven't used the credits, you get your money back - no questions asked.

Credit packs

• A credit pack is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase if the credits from that purchase are unused.
• Once credits from a purchase have been used in a live session, that purchase is no longer refundable - copilot time and the underlying AI costs are consumed in real time.
• After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable. Remember credits never expire, so there is no pressure to use them quickly.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel anytime from the dashboard - your access continues until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again.
• Subscription fees for a period that has started are not refundable, except where required by law.
• If something went wrong - a double charge, a billing error, or a renewal you didn't expect - contact us and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund

Email support@acepromptai.com from your account email with the purchase you'd like refunded. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
