Pricing questions

What is a credit worth?

1 credit = 1 hour of live Copilot. The 3-hour pack gives you three full hours of real-time answers; the 7-hour pack gives you seven. Time is only consumed while a session is actually running.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits from one-time packs never expire, so you can buy once and use them across an entire job search. Subscriptions are different - they give unlimited hours for the period you are paying for.

Is every feature included on the cheapest plan?

Yes. Every paid plan includes everything - System Design, DSA and LLD formats, live diagrams, the stealth overlay, resume-grounded answers, the AI resume builder and cover-letter tools. Only the amount of Copilot time differs, never the feature set.

Should I pick credits or a subscription?

If you have a handful of interviews lined up, credit packs are usually cheaper and they never expire. If you are interviewing heavily over weeks, an unlimited monthly or quarterly plan works out cheaper per hour.

Is GST included in the price?

No - the prices shown are before GST, and tax is added at checkout. That is why each card is labelled "+ GST".

Can I get a refund?

A credit pack is fully refundable within 7 days as long as the credits are unused. Once credits have been spent in a live session that purchase is no longer refundable, because the Copilot time and the underlying AI costs are consumed in real time. Full details are on the refunds page.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees for a period that has already started are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. You can start a free session without entering a card, so you can see how the Copilot behaves in a real round before buying credits.
